Northwest University’s Peckham named CCC Pitcher of the Week

Northwest University’s Kelli Peckham has been named the Red Lion Cascade Conference Pitcher of the Week as announced by the league office today.

Peckham, a junior pitcher from Spokane, completed her season with an impressive six-hit, 4-1 win over No. 23 Corban in Salem, Ore., on Friday and then pitched her second straight complete game in earning a 7-3 win against Northwest Christian in Eugene, Ore., in the Eagles’ final doubleheader of the season.

She gave up just one walk in two games and her 12 strikeouts for the weekend gives her 62 for the CCC season, No. 5 in the conference.
