After four days of pool play in the Junior Softball World Series in Kirkland, four teams have advanced to the semi-finals today.
The Central team from Croswell, Michigan won their pool with a 4-0 record, while the Southeast team from Tampa, Fla. took second. The the second pool the Southwest team from Bridge City, Texas finished with a 3-1 record and East was second with also with a 3-1 record.
During Friday’s semi-final games Central will play East at 5 p.m., while Southwest will play Southeast at 4:45 p.m.
The winner from the two semi-final games will place at 2 p.m. on Saturday with the winner declare the champion.
A consolation game between the semi-final losers will be held at 11 a.m.
The third and fourth place teams from each bracket will also play in friendship games on Friday. The Host team faces Latin American at 2 p.m., while West takes on Asia-Pacific at 1:45 p.m.
