Lake Washington scored 137 points and finished in sixth at the KingCo 4A wrestling match Feb. 6-7 at Juanita.

Senior Grant Haschak was the Kangs’ sole winner when he won a decision against Redmond’s Esteban Herrera in the 215-pound class.

Joel Navas made the finals at 119 pounds, but fell in a decision to Woodinville’s Zander Mitchell. Zach Chrysanthou (140 pounds), Dylan Ullery (145) and Eric Cook (160) advanced to the regional tournament by virtue of placing in the top five at their weight class. Juanita scored 140 points and placed fourth at the KingCo 3A wrestling match Feb. 7 at Liberty. Jake Brown won the 119-pound division in a major decision against Bellevue’s Paul Chinen.

Jory Hamilton was pinned by Mount Si’s Ryan Ransavage in the finals at 285 pounds. Aaron St. Martin (135 pounds), Michael Przystupa (145), Matt Skurnik (152) and Logan McCallum (171) advanced to the regional tournament by virtue of placing in the top three at their weight class.
